JCS Pet Travel is the only authorised custom’s clearance agent with an office at the Animal Reception Centre (ARC) at Heathrow Airport.

Direct Customs Clearance

We have direct access to the customs computer database, which is the primary reason clients are unable to arrange the clearance themselves.

Immediate Support

Our green-shirted staff are physically on-site the moment your pet arrives to coordinate the vet check, paperwork, and collection, ensuring a seamless handover.

Exclusive Pet Meeting Area

We offer a dedicated, comfortable meeting area complete with a sofa and refreshments. This offers your pet a chance to de-stress and relax in a premium environment before collection or onward travel, reinforcing their First-Class experience.
